I lived in Fernie BC mate ... South East Kootnays .... Different climate out East ... Would need some winter Goodies on them .. I also use to work Up fort Mac ... BRRRR
I would head west to the lower main land sometimes then up to Campbell River on the Island .. Probably move out there once I get back over .

My weather centre hit a low of -38 the winter gone and we had a few -40 up the mines.
I went up Fort mcSlurry with Finning CAT for a while and the place is a shite hole big BIG $$$$$ Silly Temps up there like
I never had winter tires on my F1 fiddy just the standard BF's .. Pretty decent tire with all that HP pushing them .. Core heater and £10 - ltr anti-freeze
P.S Cali have the worst laws regarding Vehicle's ... Very strict emmision for N-America ... Summit like twice the emissions we are allowed lol

Small turbo Escos are legal in the US, cars have to be older than 25yrs to be legal in the US so in a couple of years the 3dr will be legal here (not that has stopped people from bringing them in )
Canada is different, the minimum age there is 15yrs.
I'm betting that shop is Drakken. There was a guy who used to work there (one of you lot) who left and started his own business called NACS or North American Cosworth Specialist. In the end, the only thing he specialised in was taking people's money for parts he didn't have and f'd off back to the UK (or so it seems). He's left a lot of people very unhappy. Anyway back to Drakken, they don't have the best reputation either so it could be hit or miss from what I understand.

you won that bet. it is drakken where i found these. I will pop by and see if i can get some more pics of the cars, especially the RS200, i did ask him how much and he said six figures!!! but NACS, the guy was a complete twat, and as you said loved taking peoples money, I was shocked that after he moved to north van and spent a whold load of $$$ fitting it out with spray shop and lifts etc..... he dodnt bother paying his rent, the place is now a movie buisness and the nacs guy apparantly owed over 30K in rent before fucking off back to england, if he had sold one car he could have paid his rent off and i could have bought an engine for my anglia.
never mind. ill throuw up the pics when i get them
