does anyone know where you can get a small piece of thread to reduce a m22 thread to a m18 thread?

i have a oxygen sensor that is located on the my turbo manifold but the thread of this hole is 22mm but oxygen sensors are m18 so i am trying to source a double threaded length to turn the oxygen sensors thread into m22

I guess it is called a m22 to m18 reducing bush - try an hydraulic supply place or someone who sells aeroquip stuff.

My guess is that both thread pitches will be 1.5 but easy to measure with a rule.
