A friend of the gf wants to drive 14hrs to go upto deamon tweeks to get an exhaust and suspension for her 1.4 206

Baiscally been let down by someone else so my gf doenst want her going on her own as shes not long passed her test.

Is there any other bigish places further down this way with a showroom etc that does?!

Used to know loads but cant bloody remember any of them

erm you would think but her friend still wants to drive up there for some really bazzare and stupid reason, and will go on her own if the gf doesnt go with her!!

Yea they do stuff like that but for some strange reason she wants to go there, plus then mummy and daddy pay for everything so, ive got new bumpers/skirts/spoiler trim etc she wants me to paint for it and guess whos paid/paying for all that lol.

If it was something specific than fair enuff but front lowering springs and exhaust aint worth driving 14hrs for

Demon Tweeks are notoureously bad for the parts they fit and a a bit on expensive side for parts in first place!

make sure she gives them a ring first as she might get there and there to busy to fit her in to get her suspension fitted etc

would not even bother driving all that way, demon tweeks are just a ultra chavved up halfrauds, the best thing when i went was there was a sliver rs200, think it was a rep, in the car park, and there were one or two old skool fords there!! but as for parts, as above, not cheap, and i know loads of people having problems with the delivery of parts as well, it all looks good on their website, but nothing ever seems right when ordering. stick to the stockists!

depends on what you are geting, alot of the time they dont have what you want in stock tho if its more specialised, aint the cheapest place either for some stuff!

also helps if you local and know one or two of the staff and always deal with them as then you get what you want! some of the staff aint got a clue to be perfectly honest.

cheers but her mate come round and picked her up not long after i posted so they went anyway.

They hadnt left an hour ago as she was havin some custom exhaust made for it so they aint gonna be back till late.

Sad thing is she could have ordered something online and i could have fitted it all alot cheaper than what shes been charged but hey ho mummys credit cards paid for it all lol.

Plus side is its been a nice quiet day
