Default Which spark plugs for stage 3 cossie

My escort cosworth is due a service but would like some recommendations as to which spark plugs to use. It has Denso Super P8's in at the moment which seem fine but, if I remember right, some people don't rate them.

If they seem fine, leave them in there.

IK31's work well

RS Turbo plugs work ok and are filthy cheap so you wont mind keep replacing them.

No i meant 701's

Were an excellent plug! Unfortunately production of these plugs was stopped about 3 years ago, but managed to grab quite a few before they went for stupid money a set!
