ye change it then flush the cooling system with daz washing powder to get all the oil out

any biological washing powder will do
just put a cup full in then fill with water & run the car up to temp
will probably need doing a couple of times

well it cleans oil out of your clothes
& yes i have done it a couple of times on transits & golfs that have the same trouble with oil coolers
