I've been let down by the lad that was goin to rebuild the wall. So I was thinking of having a go at re-building the wall myself. The reason for this is A: the wall has seen better days and B: we are having the drive tarmacked, with the tarmac goin up to the wall. Was thinking that instead of re-filling the middle of the wall with the rubble. It may be best to put cement in the middle to make the wall pretty sterdy. is this necessary? I've started takin the copping stones off. I've never tried walling before so any advise and tips will be greatfully recieved
A few pics, hardly the great wall of china lol

Well clearly this wall is held together with cement to begin with. And there's red brick in there etc! LOL.
I'd just build it back together with cement and common sense. Leave the organic-drystone-bullshit to The Archers

There's just cement around the copping stones ( that is what they're called isn't it?) once you take them off its full of crap as the broken brick shows
