car help
my sisters goin to look at a car and i did a hpi check one of them text ones and it came back with this
Damage category =c
loss date 30-11-2008
repair cost exceed
pre-accident value
there is no record of a
VIC inspection
now i cant remember if cat c damage was bad or not bad any ideas
help please
