Default 03 Plate Transit heater always warm??

Do these have a problem with a control valve?? If so where is it??

i think they have the same heater valve as the fiesta's, not sure where it is, guessing under the scuttle

As above they have a control valve on the matrix pipes which has probably stuck.

Pain in the arse and very prone to fucking up!

They're electric and on the fiesta/puma/ka they're just underneath the removable firewall so I imagine same place on tranny

during a/c testing of transits we always had to disconnect the heater valve and put a cable tie on it to make sure that it remained closed. shit things.

that is bloody cheap for a new one, guessing thats pattern though.

think they are 25quid from fords new and guinuee

Cheers, still sooooo cheap! Just changed the same part on the wifes car and it was 150 quid!

Yeh, the MG.. Its specific only to the V8 hence the price, I didn't have to buy one though as I have a spare damaged car to pinch bits off
