Default driving licence points
the points on my licence have expired two speedin ones tut tut i have to send it of to dvla to get removed but someone says i have to pay 20 quid is this correct my details are the same just points removed any 1 know wat the score is not hard but i am a bit confused

yes you have to pay,

or

change your driving licence address to a parents/grand parents house, then it comes back clean and for free
