After mine spinning a bearing after Central Day :x :-? i have been looking into changing the rods and pistons in the Xr2i block i had rebuilt last year.

But a bit unsure what rods and pistons to go for, Looking for uprated as it will have a fairly hard life looking to Fast Road,Track and Drag the car.

i have seen these what do people think...??

I have got stg 3 head with double valve springs but was looking for solid lifters and cam to match... (Kent,newman etc...)

Car has already got beige injectors (new) cossie pump, t3, Pro Alloy front mount,

I have a fiqure of about 220bhp i would like to achive

Hope you can help.... please discuss....

i have them rods in my s1 mate only just run engine in and car is up at nms being mapped so could`nt comment on how good or bad they are but not heard any bad reports about them
