When people have ordered stuff from them, how long do things take to arrive?

I ordered some stuff on line on the evening of 14th April and still no sign of it???

usually a couple of days maximum, did have to wait a while for a strut brace once but they rung to say it would be a while?? try ringin them??

give them a ring and ask, i ordered an engine mount off them, was delivered in 3 days i think.

Just phoned them, they were waiting on a head gasket to complete the order. Should be here in a few days.

They've always sent stuff within a few days except once where i had to chase them up and they just said "yer we haven't got xxxx and don't think we'll have them for a few weeks minimum". They didn't even have the manners to let me know
