Does anyone know how to contact ebay to resolve negative feedback?

I have just sold a pair of mk4 rear lights. The items auction description clearly stated postage to united kingdom only by royal mail first class.

However, someone in france bid on them. So i explained about the postage situation and offered him a full refund.
He is now up in arms saying that he doesnt want a refund, and wants not only the item sent but some form of compensation for me offering a refund on an item he bought.

A bit off topic but any way....

I heard on the news the other week about some bloke being sue'd for leaving ngative feedback! He claimed it had damaged his reputation and had sued this bloke for loss of earnings...

I know it doesnt directly help you mate but y'know, if you fancy following the 'no win no fee' culture of everyone else in this country..... lol

I know it doesnt really help you know, but if you go into your settings, somewhere it will give you the option to block bidders from abroad. Could help you in the future!

EBay do suck donkey cock if there is ever any dispute. They just seem to wash their hands of any involvement.

I had this recently with a member from this site (mentioning no names). told him/her over 6 times I would only send to uk only or collection (via both here and ebay). Still they sniped it at the end and then asked again if I'd sort courier to France! After 2 weeks of them pissing about with paypal and a courier and me spending Ł25 on friggin bubble wrap, the item got sent. No feedback left tho!

Peeps just can't read nowadays.

Just reply with a swear word in feedback you leave them and eBay remove both his and your feedback for that item giving you your perfect score back.

ahh i was hoping the would be an option for that.

This is the third time some european divy has not read the postage instructions.

This french bloke is being a proper nobhead tho, Ive refunded him so now im at a loss for the auction, and hes left me negative feedback, and now hes asking me for some kind of compensation for the issue!!!! like what?!?! reading lessons?

Feedback can NEVER be removed permanently.

The only thing you can do is if both parties mutually agree to withdraw feedback, however it will still show up on your profile.
