Anyone one the name of the rs dealer in hartlepool?

was wanting some plates made up for the cossie and have traced it back to there?

any help appreciated

Will probably have been Ewart Parsons, been closed down a good few years now as said holliways is the ford dealer in the town now.

Does your reg end in EF? seems strange that you have traced it back to hartlepool as neither parsons or holiways were/are RS dealers we always used to get told that Jennings in Middlesbrough was the closest RS dealer.

Deffo a Hartlepool registered car then strange one that never seen another before today.

 

there is another member on here or on rsoc with the reg ending TEF its ebony or flint in colour.

Now i need to find a pic to see what the numberplates would have looked like back then.

 

They will have been Ewart Parsons plates then as Holiways opened years after they stopped making saphs BUT i did my work experience at Parsons and got told then they had never sold a brand new cossie as they wernt RS dealers so god knows where they came from lol

 

..hmmm dont know what to get on the plate now

 

I still sometimes see 1 of the lads that used to work in Parsons years ago he will have worked there around 1991 & was well into his cossies so he might be able to shed some light on it if i see him ill ask him.
