Honda accord question

Default Honda accord question

Hey folks my mate has just bought a v reg honda accord 1.8s and is having a niggly problem with the car!! he just got the car the other day and sometimes when he starts her up it just cuts out then 5 ish turns later it starts no problem which in my eyes isnt a big deal BUT when he was driving it yesterday the car just cut out alltogether and took about 10 turns to start again so im a bit confused to what it could be lol!!!
it cant be leads,spark plugs etc because he just got it serviced the other day so anyone had this problem with their honda

Alright mate. Its the ignition switch mate on the back of the barrell. When it cuts out next, give the key a wiggle while you turn it over an it should start. Well commom problem. Thers two types so take your one out and down to honda and they will match it up. It will be £40 or £42 mate the part number should be 35130-S1A-306
