Yeah well sort of just a bit more sturdy as it's rotten as fuck.

Basicly that idea but on a joined frame if that makes sense?

fuck me sideways , thats alot of graft , considering you could buy two engine stands , increase the height of the vert box section , then bolt a peice of angle iorn to the car via the bumper mounts ,

are engine stands not rated to around 250 kgs?

i also dont think its that much work for a decent welder?

Heres a few pics a spit i made for my cossie shell a few months back.









Ive modified it now though. Ive changed the pivot point of where its bolted to the car about another 10inches higher to make it easier to roll over.

they do look good id just weld somethingat the bottom holding both together

normaly they have a bar between them along the bottom i just havent got round to it yet as im not working on it at the mo its just up out of the way
