i have a 1988 ford 5.0l in the garage along with a rebuilt aod 4 speed automatic transmission. the engine from '88 comes with a sump that can be used with the original crossmember. with an inlet manifold some port matching and a good exhaust manifold i am hopefully looking at 250 to 275 bhp and slightly more torque. woohoo. just looking at sorting out some engine mounts.
