Snapped my tailbone off and shattered the base of my spine snowboarding in andorra 2 years ago . I felt like i was going to shit myself , piss myself , be sick and cry all at the same time .
Broke 2 ribs on an inflateable ring being towed by a friends boat and managed to puncture a lung .
I would still rather go through those pains again instead of having toothache though !! it has to be the worst pain in the world . especially as im absolutly terrified of the dentist.

Came off my bike and hit a tree at 60mph, fractured pelvis in three places, broke my back, broke 4 ribs and burst my lung. None of that was very painful at all as i don't remember any off it! The bit that was painful was having the 8inch pins x6 unscrewed from my pelvis without any pain relief and all my wife did was laugh at me...bitch!!

 

It's gotta be a toss up between tooth ache or the Blood clot i had in my leg...
