have you changed the oil recently?

If so have you made sure you have enough opil in there?

happended on my astra diseasel - and the cause was not enough oil. would just turn over and not fire. put more oil and it started first time.

You have to put fuel in the filter and suck it through the pipes to get the car to run again.

Have you put the 2 pipes on and left the one off that goes to the pump then try and suck the fuel through from the filter.

you HAVE to suck the fuel through to the injectors or you WILL damage the pump!

connect the red ended pipe to the filter and connect the pipe which goes back to the tank. then suck the fuel from the other connection on the filter.

best thing to use is a hand primer pump, but make sure this is working ok.

just cos you have fuel at the injectors (you really shouldn't be cracking of injectors on a tdci anyway) don't mean theres not air in the system.

youve turned the car over so the battery runs flat i think you will need a new fuel pump now as you have ran it dry

you need a small hand pump to do these by the way

just to confirm cracking off the injectors will NOT mess up the firing order.

It's common rail injection with the firing order controlled by the pcm.
