anger, getting off my mind ?
at the moment im really pissed off with a few things and its just going round and round in my head and im getting more stressed with things
whats the best way i can chill out a bit, what do you do ?

I swim. Find it chills me out more than anything else. I may still not be happy at the end but at least I've usually calmed down and chilled a bit.

If i am pissed off i will normally go and take my anger out on the gym, or go for a drive with some relaxing choons on to clear my head. Or go see one of my good mates and tell them about it.
