it looks like the top side of the track is jammed against the smaller platform on the nxt peice of the structure

The drivers a bit of a numpty though. He's got a seatbelt on. What good is a seat belt when 40 tons (or whatever) of digger falls off it's stupid You Bet TV show and lands on your head
