Default Turbo oil return hose ~ what do you lot use?

The Turbo oil return hose on my S2 split the other week spilling all its oil over the rollers

Ford no longer sell this bit of hose and the only realy high quality oil hose i can get is straight (i need a bit with a 90 degree bend, about 14mm)

Will a bit of Silicone hose withstand these temperatures ok? or do i need to keep looking for a bit of proper oil hose?

Thanks

Was just about to say that myself chap. Mate done it on his S2. Just used two straight pieces of oil hose and a small piece of plumbers copper pipe bent to shape (with proper pipe benders). Job jobbed.

You sure Ford dont sell them anymore?? They went through a MAJOR price increase a couple of years ago, but I didn't know they had discontinued it.

Last time i went down they had the details on the screen so put it on order but then had to refund me coz the part was not avaliable

Will try the copper pipe method first, sounds like it will be a much stronger option, plus my dads a plumber so should be easy.
