Default top speed runs where and how?

how do u go about getting 1 done (best place) was thinking about seeing what the saff would do @ the spec it's at @ the moment and DONT want to use a motorway

you could try elvington airfield where they hold TOTB.open rwyb days all through the summer.standing 1/4 and top speed as many times as you want.only down side is not much can get flat out as it is only 1.25 miles long
