Looking for a presentation software that can run a banner.

Need a software that can run a banner over a full screen powerpoint presentation.

They want to have banner in the bottom of the reception LCD screen that says what visitors are being welcomed etc....

Or it need to be something that can run over a full screen powerpoint presentation.
Or something that replaces the whole powerpoint crap and supports a banner.

Anyone any ideas ??
