A few tinnies every now and then is fine but drinking to relieve stress is not good as it doesnt remove the cause of the stress so doesnt really solve the problem.

I know how your feeling mate, going through a very hard time in my life. In and out of jobs for the last year because of the recession and now stuck in a job that I really hate but have to stay to pay the mortgage. Im really into my gym and bodybuilding like yourself, but when I get stressed out it effects my everyhting. I feel constantly sick and find it hard to eat. Missed a few weeks in the gym and really hate that. Hopefully that`ll make you feel a bit better in the knowledge that other people are going through the same. Head up mate, its hard but thats life.

 

at risk of sounding cheeky but do you guys who are saying you are stressed/depressed and go to the gym use roids?....genuine question btw as i have heard of roid rage and other problems
