Default Ford Warrenty...

Mate has a 56 plate fester that has an issue come up. But after looking in the book they seem to think it only has 1 yr warrenty. Does this sound right? As i though all modern cars have at least 3 years.

More than a year Rhys - sure they come with at least 3 years, if not 5 from the factory. My mums '56 Focus is covered by the warranty and she had warranty work done last week on it oddly enough.

Yeah my old dears Focus CC has 3 year warrenty. But not sure what they are on about with what they read in the book. Just wasnt sure if this may have been a cause on fester etc.

gray area actualy
if its a genuine uk supplied car then it has a 3 year warranty, but there is small print that states certain items are only covered up to 1 year old

if its an import or anything(usualy supplied via internet or carland) then they usualy only come with 1 year
