Mate has a 56 plate fester that has an issue come up. But after looking in the book they seem to think it only has 1 yr warrenty. Does this sound right? As i though all modern cars have at least 3 years.

Yeah my old dears Focus CC has 3 year warrenty. But not sure what they are on about with what they read in the book. Just wasnt sure if this may have been a cause on fester etc.

gray area actualy
if its a genuine uk supplied car then it has a 3 year warranty, but there is small print that states certain items are only covered up to 1 year old
if its an import or anything(usualy supplied via internet or carland) then they usualy only come with 1 year
