Default performance gains from an inlet plenum spacer

I've seen an inlet plenum spacer on ebay...are there any worthwhile gains to be had from fitting one?

I bouught one off those the other day, then realised that there might be an issue with the injectors as these bolt to the plenmun which will be moved 10mm across from the fixing point!

Was hoping to find someone who has fitted one to see if it's worth the hassle, i'm running stage 1.

to fit the fuel rail just use a small spacer, or a couple washers even will do

as kevin said, no need for stage 1
even the 2wd inlet flows fine up to around 400bhp
