my m8 failed to provide a breath test after he had a nasty crash at the roadside..was,ent his fault all his chest ,arms were brused badley i seen it...said he was having trouble breathing anyway when he went to cop shop about 15min later he gave a sample which proved negative and managed to blow into the machine there however they charged him with failing to provide at roadside went to court 16month ban 450fine not only that lost his job because of it ..his breif said plead guilty or face a 4year ban so there,s a warning for us all ....also he hadent had a drink at all... fuking theres justice for u

a paramedic can say he's not fit to provide
so if there was 1 there and he didn't say anything then he must have thought your mate was up to it
my mate was getting threatened with something similar cause he refused to go and blow into the bag cause it was to painful to move
turned out he had broke his neck
the paramedic went mental with the copper for trying to get him to walk over and give a specimen

yer he said it happened all so fast he never had time to think had a doctors note cas he was of work 4 as few days did,ent mean anythink to the jugde i dont thinkl a abulance was at the accident

i know that if you ARE over the limit,,, and refuse to give a sample is a instant 1 year ban but only stays on your licence for 4 years and not 10 and aint a criminal offence like D/D which is why people who are bang to rights refuse a sample
