as above, our next door nieghbout is being a right pain in the arse lately, winging for no reason (her husband is absolutely sound and knows she's a miserable fart) lol but just annoys me she has nothing better to moan about us using a shared drive that we paid to have done (she never maintained it before nor contributed to it) but yet its ok for her to use it instead of herfront drive but moan when we use it when thiers no space on the road (our drive is full) she just winds me up

one side are pricks next to me i never was able to move my cossie of he drive with out them callin the coppers or shoutin threats they never bothered me they got some back they done everythink from calling the coppers and tellin them i threated to stab him / bottle him (which i never did) to havin 4 lads in a car outside me house tooled up with just me an me x girlfriend in the house after that inccident someone had a quiet word in his ear an he as never kicked off again funny realy i new it was a bad idea seein his step daugher

I live in a new build detached house in a nice new housing estate. On one side I have a bachelor bloke who must be about 40 and frankly doesn't give a shit about anything and on the other side I have a new build, big old folks home. No noise or issues from either. I may aswell be on Mars. I don't speak to another of the other neighbours and that suits me fine.

one side of us is empty at the mo, used to be a knock in shop years ago the other side is full of dole'y scum. about 4 adults and 12-15 kids live in a 4 bed semi, and no one seems to care. 
they've got old sofas outside and wardrobed and broken beds and stuff, and bags and bags of rubbish . winds me right up cos they're there private rented on dss of whatever its called and they bring down the whole road by not giving a shit and not taking care of anything.
partly the reason i got a huge muthafucker of a dog. the fence dont get destroyed with a football no more
ever since the dog wanted to see what was on the other side through the holes 
its amazing that they'll listen to my dog tex but when i had a go at them about it they all started spitting and swearing at me

One side are old cunts and we used to be sound till we put in for an exstension, waited till we payed for everything for planning etc... then said im going to knock it back, lucky we won and now its all finished, i see he had his house up for sale few weeks back.

I'm naturally biased but i have found the North to be friendlier.
Up North, both my nieghbours round my folks are sweet as. In my place round the corner, one side just keep to themselves or just say hi, the other side are properly sorted. The geezer want's to do a deal with me to breed my dog with theirs. If it gets him an empty and me some cash, it's win, win! haha
Down South, in one place i was ritually ignored or seemingly looked down on, stuck up scruffy cunts!
In my current place in Bristol i'm enjoying stirring up a parking row by being happy and smiley! lol, they hate it. They all have drives and the street aint too busy but if me or my pal Dougie leave a car on the street (no hinderance to either of them) they are always parked on the street first chance get. It means a lot to them, fuckin old crab nearly broke her hip scrabbing to jump in her car as we moved some motors out. We watched while pissing laughing as this piss-stinker was revving the fuck out of her motor in a panic and rush. I shout "hiya" and wave, she just sneers and went inside. Her fat bitch neighbour plays the same way. Bizzaare! Pointless mean sprinted cunts.

A few months ago the woman who lived in the house to the right of me moved out and sold her house to 2 lesbians.There had only lived there about 2 weeks and i upset them.I pulled my cossie onto my garden and my front bumper was just to say over the line between my house and theres.I pulled my mates car on to do the brakes on it.I just got it jacked up and sripped the front brakes down then i heard this"excuse me can you move your car".I said in a minute and she waited and said"are you gonna move the car then".I said yeh hang on.So i had to finish the front brakes off on my mates car then move mine then put his back on the drive.They have never spoke to me or my wife since.The thing is i uesd to pull my car on the onto my garden/grass all the time when i was washing my car,wel ever since i moved in which was about 4 years ago now and the woman who lived there before was spot on.Ive also got cockneys to the right of me and they are wierd too.I get on with them ok though.
