The first car I ever bought was a 2.0i Sierra ghia when I was 16 from my work and I still own it but couldn't insure it when I passed my test!

Bought an Orion 1.4 Equipe when I passed my test which was a lot cheaper to insure! So I suppose that was really my first car!

A 1991 golf driver, i put a webber carb on it, gti exhaust & manifold, big bumpers & 90 spec kit recaros & bbs split rims it was mint loved it to bits!

 

First car that was mine rather than borrowed off a family member etc was a Mini, with a rollcage, bucket seats and adjustable suspension etc, thats where my car tuning obsession began
Until the mini, I hated cars and was only into motobikes, cars just felt too "detached" from me as a driver by comparison but the mini you actually felt like you were part of it.

Mine was a 1993 K reg Nissan Micra. 1.3 16v Twin Cam. Wasn't too shabby compared to 1.2, 1.4 and even some 1.6 engined similar sized cars! I was seriously considering putting nitrous in it when I saw the cost of some kits second hand and my mechanic said he'd do it for free for a laugh Sort of glad I didn't now probably would've killed myself or killed the engine for sure as it was on 130k

That was also my dads daily driver. My current focus is my first real car that I own
