Road Tax (Vehicle Excise Duty) is a misnomer, it's not designated ot be used for repairing the roads. It's a TAX for owning a road legal car. Same as Fuel Tax. It's not set aside for Public Transport. It's just TAX for putting the stuff in your vehicle.

i can belive how most of you are behaving. a old lady who has most likely paid more taxes in her lifetime than you lot have waisted on fuel is getting taken the fun off because she tripped over a badly maintained area which has been complained about on numerous occasions, and all you lot can do is slate the situation what if she had a heart attack because of it would you still be doing the same. its a shambles what you lot are doing just imagine it was your nan or mum, this women is partial disabled aswell.
nothing would be done if no one put claims in for there injurys the roads would be lot worse than they are. for all you dreamers who think insurance premiums will go down if theres less claims are more thicker than you seem it will just mean more profits for the owners.

he voiced his opinion on a certain section of the working comunity.you cant argue with the negative effect the claims culture has caused with false claimimg etc. cant people have negative opinions on anyone if theyre a paid up trader? what about bankers or estate agents or traffic wardens etc . will people be banned for slating them?

i'm sorry if this post has starting something that has lead to problems
i was only after some advice and, via pm, some people have given me some very invaulable information on this matter, one of them being stu (aka roosie)
in the past few weeks it has been fairly obvious that a lot of people have had different views on a lot of different subjects, but it's also been more obvious that a lot of people with different views are now tending to slate one another rather than just accepting that other people can have different views than yours and you don't have authority over
i was only after some advice and, via pm, some people have given me some very invaulable information on this matter, one of them being stu (aka roosie)

Stu @ Claims care gave me good advice on my claim which I had started long, long ago on the NHS. He even did some research on the company for me etc. Fact of the matter is, he wasn't going to get my money and he still helped.
