Been looking through the regional meet section and noticed that there isnt a meet listed in the Oxford area, I have spoke to the landlord of our local pub in Didcot (about 15 miles from oxford centre) and he said we could hold it there. Its got quite a large carpark and he has no problem in letting us take it over for the night. If anyone is interested then please let me know.

Pick a good night of the week though - there are several other meets on a weds for example (berks/hant last of month, surry 1st month etc etc etc).

I was thinking maybe a Thursday, dont know what would be better, the begining or the end of the month.

 

north london one is the last thursday of the month,although not sure that would effect a oxford one

 

Best to put the effort in to find a night that doesnt clash
