Don't bother with the fitting kit, it is a waste of time. All you need is a couple of ring terminals, a couple of nuts and a couple of jubilee clips...

Has anyone tested how much does the Bosch 023 pump really flow? With 5bar or 5,5bar for example? I'm wondering if I'm maxing out my 023 pump with 850cc (escos 3,5bar) injectors

I noticed that Bosch says that it is 168L/h @ 5bar which seems is not enough, but motorsport developments for example says on ebay that it is 210L/h 6.5bar which is more than enough.

Don't know the flow but unless you run some crazy duty cycle on the injectors it shouldnt be a problem, should it?

If the 210L/h 6.5bar is actually true, or so have I been told know, it doesn't matter if I run 100% duty cycle. The pump should be enough for my injectors.
