when using a rst/cosworth hybrid distributor for cos management on a rst, how would you set the distributor up before tightening the 2 bolts up?? do u have to get a timing light on the bottom pulley 12 degrees like when setting up on normal ke-jet system?? or is that what the crank sensor does??
also do the 2 distributors have to be welded together at a certain positions to each other??
,or can they just be welded together without having them at certain positions to each other???
cheers Paddy..

use a multimeter on the cap to tell when the rotor arm makes contact with number 1 with the timing mark on the bottom pulley aligned to the appropriate mark on the lower timing cover.
not 100% accurate but should be close enough
