1000bhp Monaro on front cover of Total Vauxhall this month

Not very expensive to replicate really when you think what it is capable of.
And its still not flat out, clutch started to slip at 1070 lbft, so it prevented them going any further, but the engine was still loving it apparently and seemingly up for more.

hmmmm sounds interesting
The motor drops in no problem as my cardboard and sticky tape mock up proved!
Got to have an LS7 dry sump setup to make it easier to run the exhaust downpipes without major surgery so a dry sumped LS9 is my best option.
700 brake with just a chip and decatted system. I reckon that will be adequate pushing along 850kg or so

When I last went on your website there was a sniff petrol advert at the top with a red one in, and I had a big smile on my face. Ford will never have a car sold in Britain as cool, never.

The engine is proper impressive.
But, surely its not running anywhere near its true potentional?
I mean, look at the Ford boys, Rody Tarry etc, like 750bhp out of a 2 litre 4 cylinder engine.
So given the size etc of the Veryons engine, surely 1000bhp is fuckall?
That Monaro is proper cool btw.
