Default zvh or cvh

basically boys and girls i have a triumph spitfire 1500
i know its not a ford but a ford engine is going init
basically i needed a engine which was carb fed and i stumbled on a xr3 non injection cvh motor
i also got a 1.8 sierra lump with 5 speed rwd box
i've started m8ing the 1.6 to the sierra 5 speed but i don't know what the best route to go is
i want as near to 200horse at the flywheel withing about a thousand pounds
i was thinking ov either the zvh route either 2.0 or 2.1 (no point in going small)
or what i just thought ov now the sierra 1.8 and some bits n bobs n maybe sumwere close

basically i want to know what the specs would be on a naturally aspirated NON TURBO engine either 2.0 or 2.1 with twin carbs cams big valve head electronic ignition etc

and if its worth the zvh route for a stronger bottom end to 1.6 head or just do up the 1.8 with standard internals help!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!??!
