i have mechanical ones.
(yes the pressure is correct thats what pug say it should be)

they seem to work good enough.. i tested the temp one before it was put in. and it was bang on for accuracy.

why i ask is i have a mechanical ford racing gauge in white...but i also have two other electrical gauges in black and thought it might be a good idea to keep them all electrical..
so would a electrical oil presure gauge fit a saff..?

yea it will mate. plugs into the same hole in the block, just instead of having a little pipe going from the block to the gauge, you have a little wire instead.

or is that just 4x4 cossies? lol

I have an Autometer mechanical gauge, fitted it by getting it tapped into the adaptor block that the dash oil pressure switch is located.
Others have put a brass adaptor between the block and oil pressure switch, then screwed the gauge line into that.

There is no sensor already on a cossie just to connect wires to and get oil pressure.
You have to fit either:

Mechnical- Pipe onto oil line, feeding to you gauge.

Electrical- sender unit onto oil line, with its wires feeding to your gauge.
