they offered us a sabbatical scheme about 2 weeks ago, 6-12 months off, at 30% pay (with a return to the business guaranteed).

this morning they are offering voluntary redundancies.......

i'm concerned

if they can guarantee you a job in 6-12 months,

just go travelling and come back in a year!

few of my mates are out there at the moment and are having the time of their lives!
cousin moved out there too! if you have a trade they love it!

if you can go and work somewhere else and earn money there as well as getting your 30% then i'd take a gander at aus too
