I use a cream called Duac once daily gel and a alcohol based rub called Zineryt.
Neither are any good at preventing spots but are good at "controlling" them when they come. Unfortunately both are prescription only.
Best thing I can suggest is to try and dry the area out by putting toothpaste on it, a good big blob and leave it on for as long as you can tolerate when your at home, wash it and dry it properly reguarly and see how you go.

can't see the vid, but my old man had a spot on his stomach that he needed to go to hospital to have drained, it apparently contained around half a pint of puss ![](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/shocked.gif)
toothpaste will work, but also try cleaning it and exfoliating with a good facial scrub, just don't get it near your eyes or you will go blind

Go to the chemist and ask for "Panoxyl Acnegel" it works a treat. Comes in a white tube but when they give you it make sure they give you the one with the Orange band (ACNEgel) as opposed to the purple band (AQUAgel) as that one dries your face out too much and your skin peels off

is it white or black?
if it's white it will clean up farily easily but will try to reform if you don't get the source of the infection out of the puss first time around
if it's black then the bigger it is the longer it will take to heal up, if it's very large it will leave a little crater in the skin
white spots can be thought to be black spots but it's only because the puss has had time to congeal
black spots are dirt based
white spots are hair based
