sad, Moyles walked it this Saturday aswell and many told him it was impossible to do that weekend, I would certainly think twice especially in such bad conditions, took him 8 yrs instead of the usual 4

Little Spikey

I was in Snowdonia Saturday and yesterday. Went up PYG track yesterday @ 9am although severely windy @ Pen-y-pass was okay on the track itself. Got 3/4's way up just before the zig zagged steps and it was getting silly with snow right across the track and a lot of ice on a large step up so turned back.

Did see two groups of two tackling separate routes up from Glaslyn to the peak and it did look bleak.

Certainly were a number of people out though.

Very sad.

walked up there last year with the gf and our malamute with some others for a sponsored dog walk and the weather was proper shite!!! hammered it down the higher we got and strong winds etc. Both made it to the top thou so proud of us both as we were far from physically prepaired for it thou so big respect to anyone who does it!! Not sure what path we took thou didnt realise there were a few!
