How do I complain about .................
the Train service I used at the weekend? 
,havent used a train in 10 years and the first time I do they dont stop at my stop long enough and leave about 20 irrate people onboard till the next stop (flipping miles!)then had to pay 25 quid to get a taxi to pick the car up from the right station 
I got the train from Fareham - near Southampton if that helps
Anyone know a website have any useful info on who I contact for compensation?

first time ive ever heard that happen, thats not normal, thatl be the conductors fault, they meant to make sure there no more people getting off the train before it goes, send a letter and get the tossers sacked

used the train service quite a bit since my RS blew up. cant believe what a crap service for the money! the ticket prices are well high and for what? an uncomfortable ride next to a load of drunks and weirdos!!

My girlfriend complains all the time. They send you through vouchers for your next journey - usually about Ł20 depending on how much your ticket was.

No I didn't, just put it down as yet another tick in the Task Book of life.....
If I complained about that trip I might as well complain of every trip I take as I invariably miss my conection to and from Chandlers Ford from Eastleigh due to trains being late.

get a copy of the passangers charter for the company that runs the service - i have a feeling its connex south central down there - not sure tho.
setdown and pickup time is 30 seconds per station for commuter services - i usually wait about 40 seconds personally (i'm a train conductor) - the driver isn't to blame tho - its the guard as the guard starts the train
