anyone booked with Ebookers before?
Just wondering if anyone have and if they had any probs?
Only reason asking is that booked flights and spelt one on the names wrong ie sausage finger pressed two keys instead of one So email them to take one of the letters out as i know Customs can be funny about it but have heard nothing back from them
Tired phoning and they said e mail them though press 1 if u need to speak to someone as ur leaving in 48 hrs. If i dont hear anything by tomorrow im going to go through to that line although i dont go for a while

Rhys mate just bombard them with e-mails (at least one every 5mins!!) for the rest of the afternoon, they'll have to reply sooner or later! From my experience if u get thru to the phoneline some jobsworth will only tell u to naff off

lol dont worry mate if i dont hear nothing tomorrow i will ring them and they wont get me off the phone easy. not travelling till end of Dec so not a rush. Maybe i have been spoilt when booking online before as when i have e mailed peeps they have replied in no more than 3 hours
But just for example when i went to New york in the Summer travel agents wanted over a grand for a week then when i asked just for flights they want nearly £600 booked on line for £400

I booked flights to Thailand and Australia through EBookers and had no probs with them at all. I did have to make ammendments, which were no fault of theres, but they were as helpful as i could of hoped for, and yes, they did do a fair bit of correspondance via email.

I always use them as for some reason they are cheaper for flights on Continental than the actual Continental website to the States. Customer service has always been top notch but their call centre is understaffed.

Booked my honeymoon with "Travelbag"(part of e-bookers),round the world for a month. First flight from Teesside to Heathrow wasn't booked when we arrived to get on it,had to pay £180 odd for 2 tickets.
Still waiting for my money back, bastards.
Turned up in their London shop last week(as i was in the area) and had a rant at some poor young lass who looked rather worried. Still waiting for the money tho!
