I would have thought Ford still had stocks of these... but i think the front screen rubbers are about £50..... what about Autowindscreens or Autoglass? Might not be genuine part but would do the trick.

As above screen companies would be able to supply this without a doubt.

Have you tried here??

http://www.fordpartsuk.com/

I'd say it's worth emailing them to find out.

fordpartsuk are a damn sight more helphul than your ford dealer will be.

i've got random bits of wire for my mk1 from there with no troubles.

you sure it's the rubber? the boot lids rust like mad along the edge the seal sits on!

This Seal is in stock.
Here is the information requested:
Fiesta MK3-Rear Window Rubber Seal (From: 15-01-1989 To: 15-08-1996)
Part Number: 6985873
Retail Price: £51.31
You Pay: £46.18

THe postage is £15 but thats because im in northern ireland so it would be less for you being in england. But you can order it from ford with that part number if you wanted.

If your rear window was to "break", a new one(seal/window) would be fitted as needed and covered by insurance less your excess, but a lot of glass co's can cover most if not all the excess too.
