What does the purple relay holder on the loom trigger? And has anyone got a wiring diagram with this section on it?
if not... has anyone got any info on where the wires go to or come from... or wot this relay triggers.

basicly mate theres 2 yellow relays on a cozzy engine loom
unless its a 3door loom
you got one realy which runs off a black egn feed from the car and is earth triggerd from the ecu with a blue/yellow that powers the relay up and also sends powder to the other yellow relay which is for the fuel pump reb/black tracer this takes egn pulses from the ecu and which inturn powers up the fule pump
carnt rember off top of my head but i thinks its a brown/yellow

thats the thing mate, there seems to be a purple relay holder nxt to the yellow relays which looks like it should be connected? any ideas?

depending on what yr your engine loom came out off ?
does it have a big braided earth wire near the ecu plug
unless its a late 4x4 loom which is in 2 halfs

2wd Saphire's had the purple plug not the 3door, and its on the 2wd diagram.
