one for the pf patio people
i've been told that:
as of the 1st of jan 2009, i need planning permission and consent from both my neighbours to dig up and relay the brick pavers in my driveway that have sunk due to the weight of the car being parked on top and this application can cost upto £250?
any truth to this?
in which case, the wife can walk through the puddles
