gonna get my erst back on the road now, but mate said i need to send off for log book? where do i get 1 from? and gotta tax an mot it, or is it mot then tax it? im not familiar with the whole gettin cars back on road business!!??

if you have the green slip from the log book, u can send it off and they will issue u with a log book for free, otherwise, give the dvla a call and ask for the necessary forms, and then u cans end off for a new log book, but will need to pay, and i think its about £27

and its MOT 1st, and then take that along with an insurance certificate in order to buy tax

V5C is the log book itself

green slip is a V5C/2, new keeper supplement, if you have this but have lost the rest of the log book, this is sufficient enough to send off and have a new complete V5C sent to you for no cost

otherwise, its gonna be a payment job to acquire
