all you need to do is chop some sections out of it, reweld it back together, change all the timing setup etc, perfectly possible, just a LOT of work, hence I said wow at the amount of work involved

It might be a reasonably well "restored" Fiesta RST, with a refreshed standard engine? However with these sort of adverts it's difficult to determine if the guys got no mechanical knowledge and has been misled by some one, or hes a complete dog sack who thinks folks are easily bull-shitted.
My moneys on the latter.
