195/45 is what you need REGARDING the cutting of the arch/body kit depends on WHAT size wheel you got as there are 2 types 6.5j and 7j!

There are 2 different offsets as well ET35 and ET40. The 35 is the preferred of the 2.

I would not agree with the tyre size suggested and instead would suggest a 195/40/16 as it will be closer to the original rolling radius and minimise the chances of needing arch trimming or rolling.

Personally I would go with a 15" rim, ET35 and J7 width running a good quality 195/45/15. Works a treat, allows bigger brakes, retains ride comfort and keeps it handling right.

also depends on what shocks and springs your using and their condition, ive had both 6.5 and 7. the rears are not much of a problem however you may need spacers to clear the rear shock. End of the day everyones fiesta is different, you may neeed to do trial and error so get 2 tyres fitted first and try on front and rear before you go splashing out!
imo on the fronts 195/40/16s and rear 195/45/16
