ok, been told to try it by a few people so took the plunge

its actually not that bad either tbh

drink alot of similar but only in Japan. not here as its not as good. but its good for you and is known for its blader cleaning qualitys..

Try Oolong tea, it has a nice flavour, although you should experiment as there are many varieties.

ok mate.. not a problem i will have to send it from Japan tho as i wont be permitted to bring it home, they being really funny at the airports lately... Japan side i mean.

My ex boses wife drank some form of green tea as want to help prevent cancer, it didnt work and she had cancer in nearly EVERY major organ in her body, she got over it but still doesnt say much for these organic teas. She only eats and drinks organic, does not smoke and very occasionally drinks.

as for cancer being in every major part,, thats a REAL negative as ive lost alot of people though cancer and its always been a tumor in 1 or 2 area, my closest auntie is the latest one with it and her brother had a few years before so i think it just runs in the family rather than anything else

ps: ive yet to know someone whos got over real cancer,,, ive know the smaller ones to get away woth it for a few yeas but it seems to get everyone in the end

sorry im negative but im quite close to my auntie and burried my god mum 2 years ago to it, missus auntie last year, her mum 10 years ago, 2 of my mates mums and a few others ontop

I don't drink any hot fluids, tea coffee etc, but take green tea capsules.
One of the major benefits of this is FAT BURNING, just make sure it is done to standardised amounts as it is halucinagenic in large quantities, and will kill your sleep pattern, also VERY useful if you work out even cv stuff.

You can get green tea from any shop that specialises in chinese food, etc. Does taste like piss after a while if you drink too much.

how does that work, i find its quite weak compared to tetley tea,, btw i dont drink normak tea which might be the reason perhaps

also its no green in my glass tea cups like i was hoping it would me pmsl

for the past two years ive drank about 2 normal cups of tea and coffee. i looked at things to cut out/help my panic disorder. i drink green tea and camomile tea.

green tea started to get bland real quick. so i drink a green tea in the morning and then camomile tea for the rest of the day which i like. and i actually prefer it now to a regular cup of tea with milk.
