Let's do something silly first:
Turn off all power to the sky box and TV.
Unplug all connections and reseat.
Plug it all back in.
Leave the box in standby mode for 1 minute to allow it to sort itself out, then turn on.
If this works you'll get channel 998.
If it doesn't then we'll try something else

I'm going now so if the above doesn't work do this:
1) Press services button.
2 Option 4 System Setup.
3) Then type 01 on your remote and press select.
4) If you at the right screen you'll see LNB setup so click on there.
5) Again if your at the right screen you'll see LNB power supply & 22khz Command, using your remote turn these both off.
5a) Click on save new settings.
6) Once you've done that and they are off press the red button on your remote to reset all settings.
7) The LNB and 22khz command should be back to on now... So click on where it says save new settings.
8) Press the Sky button on the remote and return to viewing, you should notice a small improvement immediately but give it some time to allow all the listings to refresh.
