my mate bought a mk3 escort shell a while back intending to s1 it but never did, its sat outside for months, the slam panel etc has light surface rust were it was taken back a while ago and primet etc but fook me its a seriously mint shell, no rot or holes, mint batt tray etc no real dents, put it this way bit work under bonnet taking it back and priming is all it would need, the interior was painted caspian blue as he was gonna do a s1 in that colour but as its stripped out easy to paint white

its got a 1.3 floor number tho so spose anyone half dodgy would change that lol


he was on about letitng it go for a coupel hundred quid the other day, it is semi rolling and he has also got the twin front anti roll bar thingy and rs1600i wheels he might have a deal on the lot, to be honest im not interested and he wants to put it on ebay as a buy it now etc

would it be dear if he asked a few hundred for the lot?

if the shell is a god as you say i put it on the bay with 99p start & no reserve to finish on a sunday night. if he gets a few people bidding against each other it could make good money
